Camp Terms and Condition

1. Bookings

All bookings must be made online via our official booking platform. A confirmed

booking will be issued once the registration is completed and payment has been

received. Bookings are accepted on a first-come first-served basis, subject to

availability.

2. Payments

Full payment must be made (for either the whole camp or a day booking) upon

registration. Payments must be made via our booking platform. All payments are

non-refundable, except as outlined in our cancellation policy. Failure to make

full payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Changes to Bookings

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to make any changes to your

booking please notify us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability

and must be made at least 7 days in advance.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing as soon as

possible. Only cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start of camp will

receive a refund. In the event that we must cancel the camp for any reason, we

will offer a full refund or an alternative.

5. Your Child’s Information

Parents and guardians are required to provide accurate and up to date

information about their child’s health, emergency contacts and any other

relevant information at the time of booking. It is the parent’s responsibility to

inform the camp of any changes to this information prior to the camp start date.

6. Special requirements

If your child has any special requirements (e.g. medical, dietary, disability or

special educational/mental health need) please inform us at the time of

booking. We will do our best to accommodate special requirements, but we

cannot guarantee to meet all requests if sufficient notice is not provided. We are

not able to provide additional staff above our standard ratios. Where we feel that

a child is not adequately supported within these ratios, we reserve the right to

ask the parent/guardian to collect their child.

7. Illness and First Aid

All children who are ill or infectious must be kept home for the full duration of

their illness, and for 48 hours after the last symptom occurs. We will only

administer medication if it has been prescribed by a doctor. If your child

becomes ill while at camp, we will take appropriate action and contact you

immediately. At least one First-Aider will be present on site at all times, and a


first aid kid is always available. In the event of an accident, first aid will be

administered, and emergency services will be called if necessary. Essential

prescribed medication including Epipens must be handed to the Camp Manager.

8. Child Exclusion

We reserve the right to exclude a child from camp if their behaviour poses a risk

to their own safety or the safety of others. We have a zero tolerance policy on

discrimination, bullying and persistent poor behaviour, irrespective of additional

needs. No refund will be made for any remaining days booked in the event of

exclusion, and any costs associated is the responsibility of the parent. We

reserve the right to exclude a child at any time prior to or during a session due to

illness. The parent/carer will be expected to come and collect their child in the

event of exclusion.

9. Late Pick-Up

The camp ends at the time specified on your booking. If you are late to pick up

your child, a late fee will be charged. The fee will be £5 for every 15-minute

increment after the scheduled pick up time.

10. Notice of Absence

If your child will be absent on a scheduled day, please inform us as soon as

possible, ideally 24 hours in advance. We are not able to provide refunds for

absences.

11. Programme and Activities

Our day camp offers a wide range of activities. We aim to provide a fun and

engaging experience for all children, but activities are subject to change

depending on weather, availability and other factors. Timetables displayed are a

guide and we reserve the right to alter the activities or schedule without prior

notice.

12. Personal Property

All of your chlid’s personal property is your responsibility and Break Force

Breaking is not liable for any lost or damaged property on camp. If you believe

that your child has left an item at camp, please contact the Camp Manager who

will do their best to assist you. Lost property will remain on camp until the last

day of the season and should be collected before the last day. Unclaimed lost

property will be taken back to head office at the end of camp.

13.Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices

All mobile phones and electrical devices are prohibited on camp. If found,

children will be asked to place the device in the Camp Manager’s box. The

device will be returned to the authorised parent/carer at the end of the day.

14. Insurance

All children and staff are covered by our Public Liability Insurance

15. Photography


Please be aware that we occasionally permit staff to take photos and footage of

the children for promotional reasons. This will only take place on an authorised

company phone/device, and parents will be made aware and able to opt out

when this does take place.

16. Feedback and Complaints

If you have concerns or suggestions, please get in touch. If you have a concern

regarding camp, this should initially be raised with your child’s Camp Manager. If

you are unable to resolve the issue, then Head Office will be in touch.

17. Safeguarding

Any suggestion of child abuse or neglect will be investigated and reported to our

regulator or relevant local authorities and agencies. The onsite DSL will the

Camp Manager. Our company safeguarding policy is available upon request.

18. Policies and procedures

Our full policies and procedures are available upon request by contacting head

office. A copy will also be available onsite.

19.Data Protection

To process your booking, we need to collect personal details about you and your

children. All information is kept securely and in compliance with relevant UK

legislation. We will use your email address and telephone number to contact

you with information that relates to any bookings and information we may need

that relates to the care and welfare of your child.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with this site you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be the club or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party this site is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

(c) Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Complaints

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and this site. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director.
