Break Force FAQs (Logistics & Booking)

1. How do I book a class?
All bookings are made online through our booking system. You can book drop-in sessions, monthly memberships, or full-term packages. Places are limited, so booking in advance is recommended.

2. What ages are the classes for?
Our weekly classes are for children and young people aged 6–17 years. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners.

3. Do you offer trial sessions?
Yes. Trial sessions are £5.
After attending the class, you will receive an email with a Google review link. Once the review is completed, your £5 trial fee will be refunded. This helps support our small business while giving families a risk-free way to try the class.

4. Are classes term-time only?
Yes. All Break Force weekly classes run during school term time only. Holiday camps and special events are booked separately.

5. What should my child wear and bring?
Please bring:


  • Comfortable sportswear
     
  • Clean trainers
     
  • A water bottle
     

No jewellery should be worn during class.

6. What happens if we miss a class?
Missed classes are non-refundable.
In some cases, a credit may be offered within the same term only. Credits cannot be carried over to a new term.

7. What happens if Break Force cancels a class?
If we cancel a class, a credit will be applied automatically to your account. This credit can be used within the same term.

8. How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so sessions can start on time and students can warm up safely.

9. Are the classes safe?
Yes. Safety is a priority at Break Force.
All instructors are DBS checked, First Aid is covered, and sessions are structured, supervised, and age-appropriate.

10. Will photos or videos be taken during classes?
We may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional use such as social media or our website.

After making a booking:

You will receive a confirmation email. This is a summary of the order you have made and the reference number for the booking. 

How will my personal data be used?

Your data will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order. It will not be sold on to third parties. You can keep your contact preferences up to date in the 'My Account' section when you log in to control any marketing related emails to you.
