Terms and Conditions

By booking a class, course, or activity with Break Force Breaking, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings and Payments


  • All classes must be booked and paid for in advance.
     
  • Attendance is only permitted for fully paid bookings.
     
  • Only confirmed and paid bookings will receive:
     
    • Class information
       
    • Schedule or venue updates
       
    • Emergency or last-minute communications
       
  • Unpaid bookings will not be included in class communications.
     

2. Membership Changes


  • Memberships may be changed within the first three weeks of the term only.
     
  • After this period, the selected membership must be maintained until the end of the term.
     
  • All changes are subject to availability and confirmation by Break Force Breaking.
     

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits


  • Missed classes are non-refundable.
     
  • Credit may be offered only if cancellation is communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.
     
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-creditable.
     
  • Credits:
     
    • Are valid within the same term only
       
    • Are non-transferable
       
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash
       
  • Drop-in classes are credit-only where applicable and are non-refundable.
     

4. Late Collection


  • Parents and guardians must collect children promptly at the end of each session.
     
  • An initial warning will be issued for late collection.
     
  • Repeated late pick-ups may result in a late collection fee.
     
  • This policy is in place to ensure staff welfare and child safety.
     

5. Behaviour and Conduct


  • Break Force Breaking promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
     
  • Students must treat all:
     
    • Other students
       
    • Parents
       
    • Staff and instructors
      with respect and courtesy.
       
  • Bullying, harassment, unsafe behaviour, or serious misconduct will not be tolerated.
     
  • Break Force Breaking reserves the right to remove a student temporarily or permanently, without refund, if behaviour negatively impacts others or the class environment.
     

6. Liability Waiver, Health, Medical Information, and Injuries


  • Before participation, please see our Liability Wavier. By booking a class, you adhere to the terms of the Waiver.
  • Parents and guardians confirm that their child is medically fit to participate.
     
  • Any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs must be disclosed in advance via the Break Force participation form.
     
  • Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in refusal of participation for safety reasons.
     
  • Participation is at the child’s own risk.
     
  • Break Force Breaking’s liability is limited to cases of proven negligence only.
     

7. Photography and Video


  • Photography and video recording may take place during classes for marketing and promotional purposes.
     
  • Media use is governed by a separate Photo and Video Consent Waiver.
     
  • Parents may opt out at any time by emailing info@breakforce.co.uk.
     

8. Class Changes and Cancellations


  • Break Force Breaking reserves the right to:
     
    • Change instructors when necessary
       
    • Change venues within a reasonable distance
       
  • If a class is cancelled due to illness, venue issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances:
     
    • A replacement class will be arranged where possible, or
       
    • Credit will be applied
       
  • Refunds are not provided for such cancellations.
     

9. Age Requirement


  • Classes and Holiday Camps are designed for children aged 6–17 years.
  • Adult Classes are designed for adults aged 18+ years.
  • Private classes and Workshops are designed for all ages unless specified in the Event description.
     
  • The minimum age requirement is strictly enforced unless agreed otherwise by Break Force Breaking.
     

10. Governing Law


  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
     

11. Acceptance of Terms


  • By completing a booking, parents and guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, alongside the Waiver and Photo & Video Consent.
