Break Force Ltd – Terms & Conditions
By booking or attending a class with Break Force Ltd, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, the Break Force Waiver and the Safeguarding Policy.
📦 Memberships & Packages
Drop-ins available (£10 Breakdance / £12.50 Flips, Tricks & Powermoves).
Packages: Lite, Starter, Breaker, Pro – tailored to different levels of commitment.
Memberships are non-transferable and valid for the named student only.
Discounts apply only to the enrolled student and cannot be shared.
Termly and monthly options available. Once purchased, fees are non-refundable.

💳 Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made via the official Break Force booking system.
Advance payment is required to secure your place.
Cash payments are only accepted if agreed in writing.
Trial passes (£5 one-off class or £20 unlimited week) are one-time use per student.
📅 Attendance & Cancellations
Class places are limited and must be booked in advance.
If Break Force cancels a class, a replacement or credit will be offered.
If a student cannot attend, no refund, transfer, or reschedule is available.
Long-term illness/injury (2+ weeks) may be credited at Break Force’s discretion with medical proof.
🙌 Conduct & Prohibited Items
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful actions may result in removal without refund.
Strictly not permitted:
Illegal substances, alcohol, smoking or vaping.
Weapons or dangerous objects.
Food, gum, or drink (except water) in training areas.
🛡️ Safety, Health & Liability
Dance and acrobatics carry natural risks. Participation is at your own risk.
Parents/guardians must inform us of medical conditions or additional needs before class.
Appropriate clothing and trainers required. Protective gear recommended for powermoves.
Students must bring water and a spare T-shirt.
Break Force is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged at class.
First aid may be administered, and emergency services called if necessary.
👶 Safeguarding & Welfare
All staff and assistants follow the Break Force Safeguarding Policy.
All staff hold valid DBS checks.
Students must not be left unsupervised outside class times.
No parent filming or photography during sessions unless agreed in advance.
📸 Media & Promotion
Break Force may take photos/videos for training and promotional purposes.
Parents must inform us in writing if they do not wish their child to appear.
📢 Communication
Updates will be sent via email, WhatsApp, and the booking system.
Parents/guardians must keep contact details up to date.
Instructors cannot answer non-urgent questions during class times.

By booking a class, purchasing a package, or attending an event, you confirm that you:
- Accept these Terms & Conditions.
- Have read and agreed to the Waiver and Safeguarding Policy.
- Understand participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
